Hi sir
I am a comman man and using pgvcl porbandar connection for the electricity
I have problem in my area feeder and sub division all staff nd service and rude behavier with area all consumer.
There is many time to power complaints for the any time they are cut the power in day or night and no limits for the any time to restart power. It means some time power goes for just 1 to 10 15 minits and some time for no limits like 1 or 2 or 5 hours. So this time for work or any kind of consumer electronic equipments are likely may be damage or may be intrupt in work time. Like fridge washing machine computer telivision and etc. so if it may damage pgvcl will responsible for this kind of damage or we can claim. And pgvcl any responsible supervisor or whole department will pay for any kind of damage. So i will realy too much harmfull from them and want to strict action against pgvcl incharg je or er o or officer. I want to compalin to consumer foram for this iresponsible behavier. Jay hind

Since last 3 days there is no light in my farm house

જય ભારત સાથ જણાવવાનું કે સ્વામીનારાયણ માર્ગ પર આવેલ મારી પ્રોપર્ટિ ને અડીને રાજુલા જી.ઇ.બી. કચેરી દ્વારા જૂના ટ્રાન્સફૉર્મર હતા તેને ખસેડી ને મેઇન રોડ પર ના ૧૧ ફૂટ પોલ નાખેલ છે તો આપ શ્રી અમોને જણાવશો કે જૂની જગ્યા કે જ્યાં ટ્રાન્સફૉર્મર�...⇄ ૪૦ વર્ષ થી છે ત્યાં કોઈ ને અડચણરૂપ નથી તો શું કામ મેઇન રોડ પર ફેરવવામાં આવે છે.

આ સાથે આજુ બાજુ રિલાયંસ ટ્રેંડ્સ, દેના બઁક (બી.ઑ.બી.) જેવી જાહેર જગ્યા આવેલ છે તેમજ ત્યાં વાહનો પાર્કિંગ થાય છે તો આપ શ્રી સાહેબ ને વિનંતી કરું છું કે આ ટ્રાન્સફૉર્મર થી કોઈ પણ ને ઈજા, જાનહાનિ તેમજ અન્ય કોઈ પશુ નો જીવ જાય તો આપ શ્રી સાહેબ ની જવાબદારી રહેશે તેની ખાસ નોંધ લેશો.

આ ટ્રાન્સફૉર્મર જ્યાં લાગે છે તેમની અડી ને રિલાયંસ ટ્રેંડ્સ નું એ.સી.પી. (ફર્નિચર) આવેલ છે તો ટ્રાન્સફૉર્મર ગમે તે કારણ સર સોર્ટ સર્કિટ થાય તો મોટી દુર્ઘટના થય શકે છે તો આપ શ્રી ની જવાબદારી રહેશે.

આપ સાહેબ શ્રી ને વિનંતી કે વહેલી તકે રોડ પર ના ૧૧ ફૂટે નાખેલ પોલ કાઢી નાખવા વિનંતી

On 29th June 2023 at 4:50 PM, electricity power has been cut off. And on 28th June 2023 at around 10 PM, electricity power came but voltage is very unstable. It's juggling between HIGH & LOW Voltage. Because of that, fan speed is decreasing and increasing. And also we're not able to switch on the AC in this heat.

If Voltage remains unstable, it also affects other electrical appliances. Who'll be responsible for that.

Even we tried to contact the GEB personnel but their phone is always busy or not reachable.

I am residing in Ward 10/A, Gurukul, Gandhidham. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

In our village there is electricity problem since 15 years, light goes on every day, even though there is no monsoon, they don't get enough power day and night and the bill comes in thousands and the people of the village are worried, I request you to bring a solution to this, light for every day. we are facing power shortage in farm since last three days and since today also it does not restore due to that our crop will be failed and one of our submersibles well pump also get failed due to continue power shortage and fluctuations in supply.

My self Jaydeepsinh Jadeja Consumer No [protected] address as above found that my this non use house electricity wire / Line was cutted by PGVCL officer without reach to me or providing any notice for non payment of any pending due for amount of Rs 1084.21 only.

I am regularly paing my all payments from Gpay online portal on regular basis without any reminders or call on same day when I received any intimation of pending bills.

I am surprise why this action was taken by PGVCL officer where the bill amount is only Rs 1084.21 and due date is 07th March, 2023 and today is 19th March, 2023.

My house is vaccent then I am also not knowing when this action was taken by PGVCL officers.

If an single time any officer / executive or authorize person have given me call / intimation for this pending bill then on same time I can manage to pay online in less then 1 minute time without any delay.

Finally I have visited the office and surpise with the updated I have received t

hat “Due to March ending any pending amount officer will cut the line only…!!!”

The work that can be clear on same time unnecessory PGVCL officers have cut the line for the internal target or like wise.

Now when I am raiseing my complaint I have also paid my pending due online for round ofRs 1100 from my gpay account.

Further I requesting here with for investigate this behaviour and their action on this regards at your best.

We made a payment of Rs.16993.29 to PGVCL wide refence no. YYBK[protected] on 15/08/2022. we did not receive the payment confirmation after the apyment.

My CN is 38418/10178/4 and so many times from last 4 years a complain regarding light fluctuating. Due to this my AC and freez also damage.
Today from morning 6.30 AM also same situation and still no any person attended this complain I AM ALSO REGISTERED AND TALK TO JE and Deputy Manger but still not found solutions till 12.30 PM now also there is no any rain in this area.
So please requested to give some permanent solution for this problem.

Every summer and monsoon, our PGVCL is fail to provide uninterrupted power. I dont know what they are doing in pre-monsoon preparations, last month they gave us power cut-off every sunday from morning to evening in the name of schedul maintenance. But since last 3 days i seen that power is gone in just few minutes of rainfall. Is this their schedule maintenance.?

We have low power and trying hard to contact pgvcl office through their local complain no. But not happening contact since long time. We are facing this situation every time after rain and every time local complain. No. getting not connected.

My meter run very fast and energy bill was not get time to time so i have to pay many more charge for more unit so fix that meter reader visit regulary in every month

Although we have complained many times our question is not resolved and about 25 to 30 times daily power off and for this we took five to six days down time during summer time so that you can do your maintenance but if this problem persists then maintenance No sense in telling you now - I don't wanna ruin the surprise. Now a days, there are 25 to 30 power trips every day. How reasonable do you think it is? Something you give a solution and another that there is your helpline even there or the phone is not received for this we have also talked to Prajapati Saheb but it has not been resolved and especially your PGVCL department which has the worst Zone if any These people have the worst service in Vartej as well as all the feeders coming in and these people are not solved from time to time. Just think if this same problem comes in another city like Ahmadabad, Surat, Bhavnagar then what can you do Those people also bill you If we also do the service then we should also get the service or if you can't provide the service then the privatization of this and the contract base work is important for both us and you so that you can get good service. No, we will not lose business against them.

Note : today also trip 4 time after 7:00 am (2 to 3 clock duration) and power stable maximum 15-20 minutes.
