My self Jaydeepsinh Jadeja Consumer No [protected] address as above found that my this non use house electricity wire / Line was cutted by PGVCL officer without reach to me or providing any notice for non payment of any pending due for amount of Rs 1084.21 only.
I am regularly paing my all payments from Gpay online portal on regular basis without any reminders or call on same day when I received any intimation of pending bills.
I am surprise why this action was taken by PGVCL officer where the bill amount is only Rs 1084.21 and due date is 07th March, 2023 and today is 19th March, 2023.
My house is vaccent then I am also not knowing when this action was taken by PGVCL officers.
If an single time any officer / executive or authorize person have given me call / intimation for this pending bill then on same time I can manage to pay online in less then 1 minute time without any delay.
Finally I have visited the office and surpise with the updated I have received t
hat “Due to March ending any pending amount officer will cut the line only…!!!”
The work that can be clear on same time unnecessory PGVCL officers have cut the line for the internal target or like wise.
Now when I am raiseing my complaint I have also paid my pending due online for round ofRs 1100 from my gpay account.
Further I requesting here with for investigate this behaviour and their action on this regards at your best. Was this information helpful? |
