PGVCL — Unable to registration of mobile number and email ID

Sir, I am writing on behalf of my wife SMT Jalpaben Mahendrabhai Gajera. We are having electricity consumer number [protected] at Village-Lothada Bajarng industrial area B plot No 18+19 Tehsil and District Rajkot. We are trying to register our mobile number and mail ID online on PGVL porta, But unable to register and message show that, "consumer number is not found". Therefore you are requested to issue necessary instructions to concerned authority for resolves the issue at the earliest.
