[Resolved]  PHED — Complaint Regarding Irregular Water Supply under Jal Jeevan Mission

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your attention that the water supply under the Jal Jeevan Mission in our area is not functioning properly. We have registered complaints at least 8–10 times, but no effective solution has been provided so far.
It has been nearly 3 years since the pipeline was installed. Even after inspection by AEN ( Hemant Meena)and confirmation by the engineers, no proper action has been taken. Our complaints are repeatedly being closed or deleted without any resolution, and only formalities are being completed instead of actual work.
I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take necessary action at the earliest to ensure proper water supply.
