Phed, Rajasthan — False amount of average bill

An average bill was presented to the complainant in the form of door locked and the complainant successfully deposited the average bill on time. The amount of average bill was further added in the subsequent bills of the upcoming two months, issued to the complainant, despite depositing the average bill on time. On inquiring about the same, the phed authorities refused to provide any satisfactory solution and discarded the application in the pretext of not being under the provisions of the concerned rules. This caused a financial loss and interrupted water supply. This callous attitude of the phed authorities caused severe mental agony to the complainant. This complaint is, therefore, being lodged in order to seek remedy to the distress caused.
