Dear sir, i received water charges for the month of April 2018 of amount 666.00, in which you have charged non payment of last bill of amount 317 and penalty of amount 32. but i already done my water charges payment on dt. 14.02.2018 of amount 317 through online Phone Pe App. A snapshot of successful transaction is hereby attached for your reference. Phone Pe Customer Care confirmed me and they told me that your operator ( PHED) has confirmed that your bill payment of amount 317.00 is successful with reference no. PHNNX[protected]. i also done the full payment of April 2018 water charges bill of amount 666.00.so therefore you are requested that kindly refund my amount which was wrongly deducted by PHED. Water supply in Sudarshana Nagar block b-1 is very poor .Water pressure is only 15 %resulting all residents using water motor which increasing the electric bill.Supply from Patel Nagar Gandhi colony.

Water leakage from last 7 days in Sir Pratap colony, panch batti, jodhpur in front of house number C-2 & B-13.
Nobody from P.H.E.D department take action for this leakage.
Kindly take fast action to stop leakage.
