Last month one company named phenix data outsourcing dated september 11 asked to me to pay reg fees 4, 000 for manual form filling job. But they send me agreement on 11th september and told that i will receive my courier within 1 week.
After that it is around 20 days delay and said that they mentioned it is an courier side issue. I want to cancel the agreement and seeking for refund of my reg fees. I already called them and they agreed to refund of reg fees.
So they promised to give refund of my reg fees. So can you kindly process my refund as soon as possible.
