Dear Sir, I bought a mobile from Amazon (online) on dated xx.xx.xxxx named Phicomm Passion 660 amount 7000/-. After some time my touch has not working and it is under warrenty. Last year July 2015 I communicated to Phicomm company stated my mobile is broken and kindly help me out. I just want to mention in this letter that is the service centres are mentioned in the phicomm sites are also fake. I tried to call all those centres and they replied me back saying phicomm is using their names but they are not actually authorised service centres of Phicomm. Now my mobile warranty is over and not able to find out the touch screen any where in delhi. There is no accessories are available in the market. The shop owners are even does not know the company. I am helpless investing 7000/- and my mobile is like no use. I am strongly wanting justice Sir kindly suggest me what to do to file a case against Phicomm as well as Amazon.in those who not even bother about the services are available or not in the market they just sell.
