[Resolved] Philip — Bad service and lack of competent techicians | |||
I had brought a Philips HTS3265 home theatre in 2009. It worked fine till now but, now suddenly the CD player stopped working. I had registered a complaint upon which I was informed that some part of the CD player is damaged and I have to get it replaced. I got it replaced for RS. 1500, it worked for a week and then the same problem again, CD player stopped working.The foolish technician took the whole part to the service center and came back with a dumb answer that all your CDs have a problem. They do not seem to be original and so we cannot do anything. Do they think we are to listen to their ? All my CDs and DVs are truly original each one of which costs 400-500 bucks and they say all these are duplicate.. This incident made it sure that the Philips technicians are fools and lack the skills in getting my issue resolved. I am going to escalate this to higher authority, coz its damn frustrating when u pay such a huge amount to buy something and then u do not get a proper service if something goes wrong. Social media is the best way to get my issue resolved and teach a lesson to these guys so that they won't dare to fool anyone in near future. Was this information helpful? | |||
