Phillips India — Defraudulent conduct and harassment the by company and agents.

I purchased a Phillips trimmer BT3221, which is a newer model with an updated design and also is relatively more expensive with updated feature of lift and trim (as per online forums as well)
The said trimmer was purchased on 1st October 2019 and was shortly due to faulty submitted at Philips service centre in Sonipat.
The said service centre did not return the trimmer in time and post lockdown I had to wait for about 6 months for the trimmer to be received.
Philips as it modus operandi seems to be, after having taken my 3221 trimmer with fast charging and titanium blades, replaced the same with an inferior lower cost model without the aforementioned features and without the blade at first which they took which pick up.
After having raised an objection that I need the same product as was given to the service centre, another replacement was another lower cost model launched years ago which nowadays is not even available to purchase on Amazon. I raised another objection, contacting the customer service centre and concerned person Lalit Bhardwaj, that I need the same model which was given (as the same had lift and trim design, also matches with my bill for any further service issues) but was given a series of rude and non helpful responses.
Ultimately, the service centre made me visit them, and despite having agreed for a refund with the customer care on pretence that the said model is not in stock that's why I was provided with supposed inferior and older one (even after informing that the product is used once) refused to provide with the same.

The said conduct of giving a damaged product on sale, not honouring the warranty for almost 6 months, keeping the product in the service centre and not giving it back, providing with inferior products multiple times, and as agreed with customer care going back on their word about the refund or providing with the product I paid for. It is not to mention causing months of harassment by operating defraudulently in bad faith.
I request the forum for I, the aggrieved customer, to be compensated and such acts of the companies, Phillips here in particular, against the customers who have already paid for the product - with companies not returning it in reasonable time, giving and trying to justify giving inferior product time and time again without complete parts, should be put a stop to by taking a strict action against the company.
The company further is responsible for the actions of its employees made in pursuance of discharging their duties, and is also responsible for their fradulent conduct, which may be due to lax policies and training by the company, which ultimately causes harassment to the customers to a grave extent.
