I purchased a Philips Home Theatre System from NSA Tradex Private Limited, Gaziabad dt: 1 st Aug 2013 against invoice no: 104937. I faced the problem regarding sound from 1st day only . The sound is very low and I have lodged a complaint regarding this last year August only . I have been persistently following up with the customer care of philips but there is no positive response from their side. I have geeting only fake assurances from the customer care but my problem is still not solved . The latest complaint no[protected] and[protected] for refernce.
