Phoenoixarc has reported a credit account closed in 2005/6 as delinquent, while it was confirmed that the account was closed by CIBIL in August of 2018. R1CP219051 is the account number claimed by Phoenixarc. This is ruining my CIBIL score and I see it as a attempt to extort money from a account closed long back by me without any outstanding dues.
