I don't any any Phoenix Arc card and nor done any transaction.
As per CIBIL Account nos :shown as R2CP578836
Member Name : PHONIX ARC
I would like to reverse back and take necessary action against Phoenix ARC.

Phoenoixarc has reported a credit account closed in 2005/6 as delinquent, while it was confirmed that the account was closed by CIBIL in August of 2018. R1CP219051 is the account number claimed by Phoenixarc. This is ruining my CIBIL score and I see it as a attempt to extort money from a account closed long back by me without any outstanding dues....

I have never owned any phoenix credit card or taken any loan from this firm...why loan is shown in my name ...in my cibil score ...I have just seen this . Pl clear this from my name ....

I have settled an outstanding loan account with Phoenix ARC, it was originally Barclays loan that was transferred to them. Upon the agreement to settle for 1.5 lacs, I have made the payment in 3 instalments 1 year back and the loan still shows as open in my CIBIL report. I have written an email to their customer care regarding this and raised a dispute in CIBIL....

I don't own any card with Phoenix arc. There was a card issued in 2003 by ABN Amro, card was lost and post police complaint outstanding amount was written off in 2005.

Since 2020 Pheonix is charging me Rs 900 against unowned card and pulling my credit rating as defaulted of payments. Please help.

This company calls me and threats if I d in T pay they will continue to impact my CIBIl rating.

I had never taken a credit card from PHOENIX ARC but still 2 accounts are displaying in my Cibil report.

The Details of the same are given below -

Credit card A/c no. R1CP455058 & R1CP159701

These two credit cards do not belong to me. There are defaults on these credit cards and late payments too which are adversely affecting my credit score. I have raised dispute on Cibil too.

Please check your records and send details to Cibil so that these accounts are removed from my Cibil report at earliest possible.

This has reference to a Credit Card which was issued to me by ABN AMRO with false information of Lifetime Free without any charges and post 1 Year they started sharing an invoice against annual membership Fee. I denied and raised my voice against the False marketing and submitted the card. In Spite of that they continued to harass me and which was later took over by Royal Bank of Scotland current NAtwest markets. They eventually transferred the case to Phoenix ARC which is another fraudulent Entity . I made the payment amounting to Rs 1600 on Feb 2013 which is still showing as open in CIBIL affecting my score. I tried reaching to multiple contacts and even raised dispute in CIBIL but nothing happened. In this regard I am reaching out to you for help . In absence of any resolution further I will force to lodge a consumer Case and lodge a formal complaint with the Ombudsman.

Without my knowledge or intimation this company issued a credit card in my name and has been charming me monthly for past 4 years. It’s a fraud.

Paid 30k last year as per the emi's but my cibil is still low and they are fraud as they have not updated my payment.

Phoenix Arc associated with Kotak Mahindra bank guys took money of 9920 from me last November 2021 and till date have not given me NOC nor Closure letter. They harassed me for the payments and now nobody is receiving calls or reverting to my emaiLs....

One credit card is showing in my CIBIL report with details are as follows:

I NEVER USED THIS CARD AND SEEMS TO BR FRAUD. Due to this my CIBIL SCORE is very low.
I want to resolve the issue immediately and remove from CIBIL score

I first received a call in Nov 2017 that I had a card with ANM AMRO and I need to pay Rs 14, 000 approx frankly I don't recall making any transactions but I had a card and as the caller told me that he is lawyer representing phoenix arc and today is the last date and he is representing kotak bank and the payment needs to be done on a link of phoenix arc so I checked google and Made the payment on 17 Nov.
After some time they told me again that I had another card for which I need to make payment and the amount is approx Rs 3000 he gave me the same story I thought perhaps it is for my debit card and as the amount was approx . Rs 3000 I paid on 27th Nov 2017.
I paid but they did not clear my name from cibil.

Now after some years that same guy called me and told me that I had another card and have to pay Rs 9000 . I told him franky that is not possible and I contacted kotak bank they referred me Mr Kapil, Mr Viswajeet I told them that I am a person who is not even coming under income tax slab and I am supposed to have numerous card and this mails continued for some time and I was informed by Mr Kapil that I will not be receiving any calls and he also gave me his phone number in case some one called I was supposed to inform him .
Now last month I received a from a lady stating that she is a constable and I need to contact so and so lawyer so when I contacted the lawyer it was the same guy, I told him that I recognize you and you know very well that I have made two payment so why you are asking again he disconnected the call however another guy by name of Tarun ([protected]) called me again 2 days back and told me that I have another payment outstanding . I told him that is not possible and if he has document he should share them as I have all the documents that I had made the two payments and I shared them yet they are adamant. Now the funny thing is I mailed to the phoenix they have not replied and when I mailed to kotak it says the user does not exist.
Now for how long they are going to do this, sometimes they say lawyer sometimes from police station, their calls are rude and they call you anytime and once you receive their calls your day is gone. I feel so helpless.
Note : I have no dues letter and payment done screenshot and these days I am recording all the calls

I have generated my CIBIL report recently and I see that there has been a line item of Phoenix Arc Credit Card under my Account Information. I have never had any association with this company in any way and there has been no request of any credit card from my side to this company, I have also never recieved any such cards in past from the company. There is some identity theft that has occurred. The credit card number is : R1CP175322.

I request the concerned authority to please cancel any such card and block the concerned parties holding the card. If this is not taken care on urgent basis I will proceed and file a case against the company with the police. I have attached my cibil control number and the screenshot of line item showing the phoenix arc credit card details for further reference.

I have never interacted with this company and not sure why this company is sending incorrect information to CIBIL

Hi Phoenix ARC,

Myself Sudhir Kumar, confronting an exceptionally complicated issue that 2 Phoenix ARC accounts (1 Credit Card with Record no: R1CP460249 and 1 individual Personal Loan with Record no: R1P2904747) which are not belongs to me are shown in my Cibil credit report and in regards to this I have reached many times with Cibil clients care also raised a debate with Cibil. After this Cibil give me the previously mentioned accounts subtleties and proposed to raise this issue with Phoenix ARC to resolve the issue.

This is simply to confirm you that these 2 accounts are not has any place with me and I have no liabilities for these accounts as I never taken any credit card/loan with these accounts.

Because of this issue my believability in front all moneylenders organizations influenced gravely and I'm attempting to get any credit Line from any banks.
Request you please, investigate this issue on priority and share the complete details related to these accounts with me and eliminate these accounts from my cibil and joined to them with the original borrower.

In my CIBIL score there is negative point alloted due to credit card bill pending. Would like to know what is the charges as i never applied that nor used it. asking for statement o[censored]sage and still waiting

I never had this credit card "PHOENIX ARC", but its still appearing in my CIBIL report affecting my score adversely.
This must be taken of[censored]nless CIBIL people are hand in glove with such fraudsters.
Why there is no action on such fake guys who are doing all such propaganda of appearing in anybody's financial transaction history and why is CIBIL interfaces so weak not to be able to identify, real from fake transactions and such companies... I received a call from phoenix arc in march 19 for settling the due of my credit card and willingly i made a payment of rs 1000/- and received a closure letter from the company in 15 days. But to my surprise i received a call from a representative avinash choudhary ([protected]) stating that a case has been filed against me in delhis tees hazari court by advocate saurabh gupta ([protected]). On contacting the advocate i was shocked to hear that a case has been filed against me and my wife. I and my wife have reach delhi to pay a fine of rs. 65000/- and will receive a notice from local police station. My father had a stroke with right side completely paralysed in the us on the 7th of june i am already stressed as there is only my sister to care for him. Sir kindly look into the matter and try to stop them this harrasement.

I had barclays credit card, 10th oct 2010 i have received a settlement letter from barclays regarding no dues. I have already paid to barclays. Unfortunately after 9 yrs wen i had checked my cibil date i am really surprise to see that, phoenix arc on behalf of barclays has not deleted my name form cibil without any reason. I have noc of barclays. At any time i can send the scan copy of letter,
To obtain loan from bank i have harassed due to cibilreports
Without valid reason. I need to delete my name from cibil, otherwise i shall take legal advice for harassment of my physical, mental and emotional phase and my life.
