I don't own any card with Phoenix arc. There was a card issued in 2003 by ABN Amro, card was lost and post police complaint outstanding amount was written off in 2005.
Since 2020 Pheonix is charging me Rs 900 against unowned card and pulling my credit rating as defaulted of payments. Please help.
This company calls me and threats if I d in T pay they will continue to impact my CIBIl rating.
I have no outstanifn with any bank all my bank payments are done on time and inhabe very clear rating. Things Phoenix company is really troubling me.
