Upon reviewing my CIBIL report, I noticed that one card, PHOENIX ARC, is marked as written off, despite the fact that I do not use this type of card.
According to the statement provided, which indicates that the PHOENIX ARC card payment is overdue, I have already mentioned that I have never used this type of card before. To avoid further disputes, I am willing to pay the overdue amount of Rs. 17, 875/- and close this account.
However, I do not have the name of the Phoenix bank or the IFCS code necessary for the fund transfer.
Please assist me in determining where I can pay this disputed overdue amount and close the account, thereby clearing the written off status.
