Phoenix Arc — Loan Account is still showing as open

I have settled an outstanding loan account with Phoenix ARC, it was originally Barclays loan that was transferred to them. Upon the agreement to settle for 1.5 lacs, I have made the payment in 3 instalments 1 year back and the loan still shows as open in my CIBIL report. I have written an email to their customer care regarding this and raised a dispute in CIBIL.
