We were charged for 52Kg but the package was only 50Kg.
Apart from that 3 items around 3kg and worth Rs 4500 in total were stolen.
We send courier stuff via 3 boxes and they reduced and repacked in 2 boxes making it to 50kg and charging for 52 kg while stealing remaining 3kg.
It is a shame and please dont send your stuff with Phoenix Courier LLP.
Does not respond and doesnt repay for stolen item.
Says no insurance eventhough his pamplet says 8% insurance.
Hence please beaware and stay away from
