Phoenix Courier Llp Complaints & Reviews

Hi
We were charged for 52Kg but the package was only 50Kg.
Apart from that 3 items around 3kg and worth Rs 4500 in total were stolen.
We send courier stuff via 3 boxes and they reduced and repacked in 2 boxes making it to 50kg and charging for 52 kg while stealing remaining 3kg.
It is a shame and please dont send your stuff with Phoenix Courier LLP.
Does not respond and doesnt repay for stolen item.br...

I sent my shipment through the above mentioned courier services. Mr. Ashish Sheth, with whom I spoke seemed quite assuring wrt time and insurance that in case of delay or damage the same will compensated. He promised delivery in the U.S. within 3 days but finally it took 7 days to be dlivered. It was dispatched late from here. My food items that I spent efforts and money getting it made got spoilt and had to be thrown away. He has not reverted...
