Phondaghat Pharmacy — Honey not pure

I purchased a honey from phondaghat pharmacy which is not pure, i doubt that this is a mixture
i purchased two brand and my mother put phondaghat honey into refrigerator when i took it from the fridge it was in the crystal form.
just for checking the purity i put the other brand honey into the fridge and i removed it in the evening the other brand honey was in the same form.

so my request is that to check the authenticity and purity of phondaghat honey.
