Phone Pay — UPI of Rs 5000, Amount deducted from account but not received

Dear Sir/Madam
My brother sent me an UPI of Rs.5, 000 to my Phone pay number [protected] on 26th July, 2022. But I did not receive any such amount although there was a deduction of Rs.5, 000 from his account. My brother complaint to Phone Pay app but no action was taken on their part. He is a member of Indian Navy and his hard learned money has gone. No trace of this UPI transaction so far. I am sending you all the details of transaction with expectation and request to do the needful so that my problem can be resolved.
