On 21 st September at 8.18 am by mistake we transferd 15000rs to santosh nalla.throu phone pay.

I reacharged my sundirect dish tv with 259 rupees through phone pay. Monet has been deducted successfully but service is not yet provided. I spoke to customer care but they are saying that your current available recharge plan is only 3 rupees please recharge soon.
So, please refund my money with in 3 hours

My brother sent me an UPI of Rs.5, 000 to my Phone pay number [protected] on 26th July, 2022. But I did not receive any such amount although there was a deduction of Rs.5, 000 from his account. My brother complaint to Phone Pay app but no action was taken on their part. He is a member of Indian Navy and his hard learned money has gone. No trace of this UPI transaction so far. I am sending you all the details of transaction...

I am writing this mail to bring your kind attention to the refund for the train ticket i booked for Pune which failed . I booked it for Rs. 686 on 12th of july 2022, till now i haven't got any information about it . I called customer service. I didn't get any solution from them so I had to write this email.

I am attaching the image of the UPI receipt done for the ticket and the failed transaction notification screenshot too . Kindly treat this as urgent and try to refund the amount to the same UPI ID.
Phone pay also not resolving our problem from 12th July 2022 to 13th Aug2022.
Hope this will be resolved at the earliest.

Amount debited from my account but payment was not successful

On 11/01/2022 rs. 806 debited from phone pay account vide no. Upi/dr/[protected]/west ben towards payment of electic bill of wbsedcl tfr to[protected] but neither bill paid nor the amount refunded till now. Complain lodged on 17/01/2022 vide no. T2201160955539198253539 and ticket id[protected] . Request check and take action for early refund

Auto pay cancel option not available.

Doing scam in this option.

I did transaction with gaana by using Flipkart coupan, it was 1 rupee, after transaction showing auto pay 399 rupees .

Not able to cancel because no option and no proper customer support.

Also in gaana app account delete appa option not available and cancel subription not available

By Advertise send Prize money in Bank. By Default a Claim reward is display in my phone(Phone pe) app.when I Scratch this card and give my UPI pin, my amount Rs.1, 965 is debited from my bank account. So, please take necessary action to Refund my Money to my bank account.This money is my hard work and earn this Money.

I made 9000 rs payment through phone pay wallet on 24 oct 2021, and transaction was showing successful, also it was showing successful on Marchant phone pay business app. But amount not credited to Marchant bank account which is linked to his phone pay business app,
It is been 13 days since I made this payment but still today means 3rd Nov 2021, payment not credited to Marchant bank account and also not returned to my phone pay wallet, and I also called to bank person they said transaction was rejected and not settled due to incorrect bank account details entered by phone pay Marchant app, now i am still waiting for my money to return to my account.. Because it is my money which I earned by doing hard work.. I want my 9000 rs.. Plz help me.. It's really an emergency case.

I recharge on my mobile no by phone pay app and after some time I received a msg ur account debited 95 rs from ur account no and credited to [protected]@ybl account and these activity history not showing on phone pay history .what is this fraud by whome pls let me know and where I do camplaint regarding these...

I send 10000 from my A/c [protected] (SBI ) to another SBI A/C [protected] on 21/06/21 . Phone pay Transaction ID is T 2106211610054493042764. But the amount is deducted from my A/C but notcredited to the receivers account till now.

I made a complaint throughyour app and the ticket No is[protected] on 26/6/21. Kindly credit the amount either to the receivers account or to my account at an earliest

I have requested to transfer the amount of Rs.4500/- in account no.[protected] in 22/03/2021. amount of Rs.4500/- was debited my account but amount was not credited to requested account.

I transferred an amount of rs 3100 to my friend but the transaction was unsuccessful.
I waited for two days but still i've not received my money yet. I've got a message from phone pay that the money is returned to your bank account.
They are saying"rs. 3100 has been credited back to your account 91xxxxxxxx60 for the failed transaction on phonepe with utr number".
For the transaction id "p2001181356106844677488" done on 18 jan at 1:56pm. Please refund my money.

Yesterday my brother transfered rs. 2500/- through phonepe it was showing that transaction was successful with transaction id p1911131256089516972662. And utr no.[protected]. But actually amount was not credited in my bank account, when i raised a complaint regarding this issue they are saying that amount was credited in bank account. But actually not credited. When i enquired my brother in his phonepe also it is showing that transaction was succesful. Still now the amount was not credited in my bank. For conformation yesterday i took a mini statement in atm. But in that also amount was not reflecting. Please find the attachments

I have made payment of rs 5460 on 3rd october 2019 and it is still processing and amount has been deducted from my account. As i have to pay my credit card bill soon till 5th october after that i will be charged as per rules. Same amount has already been deducted from my savings account but it is credited to my credit card.

I do money transfer from my phone pay mobile no-[protected] rs 20000/- on 21/10/2017 the amoumt deducted from my bank account but didnt goes in persons bank account. There is no any response from central bank of india gunjalwadi branch. The contact no of of phone pay is always busy. I get bother with the service of phone pay. Please solve my problem help me

I have paid mseb bill of rs. 510 through phonepe on 16/10/2017. But still on present date also msdcl official website showing it as unpaid bill. Many times i have tried to call cutomer care of phonepe but they are not naswering call as well as e-mail. Plz solve this issue fast.
