Phone Pe — account blocked but balance not refunded

I had add rs-2211 in my phonepe wallet on 12 oct 2017 and after that i cant use the money, they had blocked my account and when i talk with their helpline no they told that this balance is refund within 11 days but after 3 month the balance was not refunded please do needfull as soon as possible. If anything need please call me on [protected], my phone pe wallet no is-[protected].
