Phone Pe Application — Refund not processed by fx mart under the brand name "phone pe" | |||||
Hello, My name is Sulabh Sharma, a resident of New Delhi and I am writing in regards to one of the electricity bill payment which I made on 04/April through "Phone Pe" mobile application for the amount of Rs950. The transaction went successful initially but after few hours I received a notification that your transaction is failed. I called the customer care number next day on 05/April and was told that the refund would be processed with in 7-9 Business days. Its been 15-16 Business days now since Phone Pe customer service promised for the refund and I still haven't received my money. When I am calling on the customer care number, they guys are giving me a run around and requesting for more days.
