Phone Pe — Didn't receive refund for failed transaction

I have done a recharge of Rs 50 on 11th Feb 2017 and it got failed. I have called the customer care of phone pe and they said that it will be refunded within 8 days. When I asked for the bank reference number they said that its not available with them . In reality there is no reference number because they haven't initiated the refund yet. This is a fraud company . DO NOT recharge using this wallet. I have lost all hopes of getting my refund . My phone pe number is [protected]
