Phone Pe — I received a fraudulent call claiming the cashback from phone pe

I received a call from an unknown number asking me to redeem a voucher worth Rs. 2500/- which is a cashback from phone pe, that phone pe is paying to its customers due the lockdown crisis. He shared me one url in the notification link of Phone Pe and wanted me to click on that link and pay the money from my linked account. How he came to know if I have linked any account or not. Does phone pe share confidential information of its customers to unknown resources.
