Phone Pe — Money not refunded to my account

Status - transaction failed

On dated 3 December 2020 money gets deducted from my account but the third party vendor shown it as transaction failed. As per my bank statement money gets deducted from my account. I contact to customer care service of third party vendor as well as to the bank but not gets satisfied reply & I am unable to register my complaint and not get my money back. So please help me regarding this issue and solve it as soon as possible. Thank you
