Sir i am rajat sharma on 6.9.2017 i tried to do recharge for my aunty for rs 250 i entered my debit card pin and after some time i received a message from phone pe that the recharge had failed but money was debitted from my bank account and it will be back with in 7 days.. So tried to do it again this time of 150 this time i reveived a message of successful but after 30 mins i got a message of failed transaction.. And same message of money back.. Now keeping my trust on online website by past experience i trusted phone pe.. And did recharge from paytm.. And left message on phone pe chat they gave full details of my tranaction and assurance of money.. After few days i didn receive my money i again texted them.. This time they asked me to wait till 19.09.2017.. Thats 15 days.. How can any one money be taken for 15 days first of all.. After that.. Even after 19.09.2017 i have not received my money now they are saying tgat you have done in a four tranactiom of which two were sucessful. How this is possible if you undergone bank tranction process just once... I am done with phone pe..in this fast life you dont have time to go after 150 and 250 rs transaction and increase your stress by taking to their hopeless customer care executive but i seriously appeal to you to try this app and revoke their licesence as their app has certain defaults and for that they are holding customers..
