I have complaint for phone pe company. On 30th june 2017 i recharged my video con d2h for rs 166, i get confirmation from phone pe that recharge is successful but video con didn't receive the amount. So, i mailed customer care regarding the issue. They replied that transaction is successful from their end an they gave reference id to check but videocon wont check it from third party. Only phone pe have to contact an clear this issue. So i called customer care, they replied that your case is escalated and issue is fixe soon now 13 days over still they are sending same msg that recharge successful from our end, whose responsibility is this either me or phone pe. I have done recharge thru their app, they have to do it after that whenever i raised a question regarding this issue they keep sending the very first msg itself an i got irritate by their worst reply.
