I have sent Rs10000 /- to my cousin to pay fee . But it was debited from my account and not received by the receiver . It's been 3 days but not credited to my account or the receiver account. While I'm calling to the customer care they are not connecting and giving music for a long time and then sending a message like " sorry we missed a call from you " . Is this the way to respond a customer . Customer care service is really bad in phone pay app
