[Resolved]  PhonePe — about a transaction

I have send 1000rs on 11/04/2019 to a friend by phonepe and transaction goes panding and after 2days i got a message about transaction
That shows transaction got successful and receiver also shows transaction gets successful but receiver didn't get the money and also i don't get money back. I tried to contact phonepe customer care they says contact your back and the bank says this is third party app we can't help you about it. What should i do now
I don't know how you'll do it but i want that money back asap
