PhonePe — account transfer fail

3days ago morning my brother made payment to my sbi account and it is a big amount. Money got debited instantly and showed transaction successful message on phonepe but till now money has been not credited to my sbi account.
Kindly help me, i have to pay my personal loan so kindly help as soon as possible.
Looking forward for relevant and helpful response...
