PhonePe — amount debit not credit

Amount is debited from sender sbi side but not credit in reciver side in phonepe app it shown transaction completed successfully but amount not still recive when asking to bank side they tell check with phonepe when asking to phonepe they tell to ask with bank but amount still not credit kindly take the step for my amount rupess 8000.
