[Resolved]  PhonePe — amount debited but not credited in receiver's account

I did a transaction of Rs. 400 yesterday and the transaction was successful but the money was not credited in receiver's account. When i raised a complaint regarding this phonepe support said to contact receiver's account customer care but when i contacted them they said to contact the issuer customer care number as they have not received any amount regarding this transaction, when i contacted my bank customer care they told that they dont have any information regarding this transaction as i did the transaction through third party application. What should i do now, what is the solution to this problem?

The issue was resolved in approx 4 days after lodging my complaint on consumer complaints. Thank you so much for your support as they refused for any resolution previously.
