PhonePe — amount debited but status is still pending

I made the electricity bill through phonepe application. Amount got debited from my account but payment is still pending since 4 days. Due to late payment i have paid directly with penalty all because o[censored]seless phonepe application.
It is very hard to reach phonepe customer care, worst service too. Please be addressed asap also raised the complaint in phonepe but no use of it.
