PhonePe — amount debited from account but not transferred to another account

Hi i transfered funds and amount has been debited from my account but transaction is still pending.
Kindly resolve my query upi reference no is
[protected].
Kindly tell when amount will be transfered as this transaction was o[censored]tmost importance.
I would be thankful to you if you will transfer the said funds to the concerned account and if not then kindly refund the same.

Waste.. once your phonepe wallet deactivated it cannot be activated again.. I don't understand why we can't activate it... Now it's waste to use this app .. you won't get any cashbacks
