PhonePe — amount debited from bank account but transaction failed | |||
I have done a transaction of rs1000 on phonepe via the upi on 30, june 2019. The transaction failed but the money from my bank account has been debited. I have generated ticket (Complaint) against the transaction with the phonepe customer care. After few days, they replied that they have got the confirmation from bank that no such debit has been done. However, the amount has actually been debited from my bank account. I paid my postpaid bill on 22nd June. But after that I didn't received any bill or proof of payment from PhonePe. I contacted them several times but they kept telling me that i will receive the bill very soon. And today is 3rd of July. I tried everything I could. Still I haven't got any receipt from them. Please help me in this case.
