PhonePe — amount debited from my wallet but not credited to my bank. | |||||
I sent the sum of ₹5000 from my PhonePe wallet to my bank to withdraw on[protected]:57 AM. The amount was debited from my wallet and was not credited to the bank. When i asked the customer care executive, they told me to wait for three days, they also assured that your amount is safe and will be credited to the bank or will be re credited to the wallet again. Today[protected] i called the customer care regarding the same issue they again asked me to wait for 7 days. Kindly help me to get my money bank. Thank you.
