PhonePe — Amount debited from wallet but payment was not received by merchant.

Hello, I am totally dissatisfied with the phonepe services. I have never seen in my life such kind of confliction. As transaction was done of rupees 500 out of wallet. I made the payment to chemist. I selected the option store in phonepe app then searched chemist to pay the amount out of wallet. first i sent rupees 1 and got the successful message of payment. then sent rupees 500 and asked the merchant that have you received payment which i made from wallet. Now merchant said wallet is not activated on my number how you made the payment. then i show him the messege of successful payment and at the same time he checked the bank account, phonepe business app and nothing was received as payment. when i argued to him, he given me all details and requested me to talk to merchant customer care. I did the same but merchant customer executive said there is no payment received as wallet is not activated. Then i told him if wallet is not activated then why you are showing the payment option on the store out of wallet. When i asked this question he instantly disconnected the call. Again i recalled for the same issue now executive requested me to be on hold and i waited a lot about 10 minutes but he did not come back and again i recalled, now executive given the same reason that i do not have details about the receiving of payment on this number as wallet is not activated on this number.

Big question is that if wallet is not activated on that number then why are you showing it to the customer to make the payment out of wallet. Payment is done and is transferred to phonepe account. Please don't trust on pe as they are cheater.
As everyone is given fake information. When i called customer care they told me that, you need to talk merchant customer care. when i talked merchant customer care he said you need to talk customer care. what is happening. i do not think there are two different brands of phonepe. Yes i can understand that there are two different department but one is saying call to merchant and merchant is saying call to customer. What is happening, its out of mind. That is the reason they have made two different departments so that customer keep calling here and there and one day will come they got tired and give up . So please don't trust to phonepe. Customer support is truly bad. No one takes responsibility of customer.
Finally I would like to say phonepe is a worst option to make payment. Please don't use it
