PhonePe — amount deducted from sender's account not received in receiver's bank account | |||
My friends send me two amounts from different phonePe app, the transaction is showing successful in both our phonePe apps but amount is not credited to my bank account and they all are blaming each other, I have contacted to phonepe customer support but they are telling me that my bank has confirmed that the two amounts were credited to my account but upon checking my updated account statement I still show no transaction. I have contacted to bank and they are telling me that they can't do a thing as they did not receive any amount from anybody. Was this information helpful? | |||
