PhonePe — Amount deducted in my account but not credit to receiver account. | |||
Dear sir. Sub:- amount deducted in my account but not credit to receiver account. As regarding above subject on 26.11.2020 I made a payment to another person of rupees 3, 500.00 in a phonepe application. The 3, 500.00 amount is deducted in my account but it not credit to receiver account even my amount is not yet refunded to me. It's already 10 days were completed were by this issue.. I raise the complaint to phonepe application concerned person they confirmed that it not a application issue is a bank issue… Please take my complaint as a serious issue and solve the problem.. please transfer the amount immediately to my account.
