A mobile recharge of Rs 333/- mob no:[protected] was initiated through phonepe on, 11 the October 2018 but the amount is debited from my account but the mobile number was not recharged while the payment was shown successful in the app.The transaction reference number is N[protected] .

I paid to auto driver through phone pay but payment was failed first then I paid him another time. But now I recieved a mail that both the payment are successful. I am following up with phone pay but they told me to wait for 5 days. But after 5 days bank also denied payment refund.
