PhonePe — amount not credited in my account it over more than a week

On dated 17.10.2017, i had withdrawl rs 1000/- from my phonepe wallet to my registred allahabad bank account no -*1363. The amount has been debit from wallet but not credit in my account, even the phonepe customer care doesnot receive the call.
