[Resolved]  PhonePe — Amount not credited to the recipient and pending transaction since 31st August 2020

I did one UPI transfer from phone pe on 31st August 2020, the transaction status showed pending and to wait for 48 hours. I waited. Then I was told to wait till 5th September I again waited. Then again when I called the customer care they told me wait till 7th . I don't understand where my money is!
And why one transaction which is pending since 8 days hasn't been failed or transferred still!! What kind of service are you providing phonepe?
