PhonePe — Amount not received to the account and no response from phonepe customer care

I made a transaction of rupees 5000/- on phonepe and the amount was debited from my account and not credited to the second party. I registered the complaint on the next day but no response from the part of company. Now I was used to call the customer service number everyday and the thing that they are saying is to wait for more days and like they have nothing to do.
