I transferred 742 rs from phone pe wallet in my flip kart account to my bank account on Jan 10th, until now the amount haven't got credited in my bank account. Sent email to support team of phone pe, they replied sorry and the message as below

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
We have gone through your transaction history and found that you have done the wallet withdrawal with the transaction ID: P1801101326023556679211 on 10/01/2018 is successful.

I have attached the snapshot of their email and the confirmation message received from phone pe for your reference.
So I waited until Feb 2nd, but till now no response from your team . I want my money back, why it is taking too much of time to transfer my money?
I want my money back and for their delay I got irritated and they want to pay penalty for this mistake .
