PhonePe And Flipkart — payment debited from account and transaction was unsuccessful

I made a payment of rs 16, 999 on flipkart using phone pe on 28th of march and my amount got deducted and where as no order id was generated and then i called phonepe they are saying that transaction is successful you should contact flipkart, when i contacted flipkart everytime they are saying it has been forwarded to higher team more than a week has gone but no action is taken aganist this.
