PhonePe And Sbi — phonepe money not refunded

On 26th of dec. I did a transaction of rs. 2000 from phonepe app. The transaction failed but the total amt of rs.2000 was deducted from my bank account. Utr no. Is[protected]
I contacted my bank & phonepe about this issue but got no help from anyone.
Bank service just repeated everytime its not our mistake you ve to contact phonepe & phonepe just repeated same thing to contact bank about this. I am really harassed by both of them. It's been 9 days and my issue is not resolved. So please help me
