PhonePe App — transaction issue

Been over 5 days now and my transaction isn't successful yet. I tried making my credit card payment through phonepe.

Here is the ticket id: 72187188

No customer care rep is responding over chat support and phone call. I have been making continuous calls to them and also, have sent numerous messages

I am clueless as what to do. Kindly help me out.
