Hello,
I have made my november 2017 and december 2017 months bescom bill payment through phonepe application using icici credit card, the payments are not reflecting on biller side, my registered mobile number with phone pe is [protected], phone pe customer care team is unable to resolve the issue. I have called more then 10 times still the issue is not resolved, always they will give some silly reasons saying it will be resolved with in 7 days, even they have send mails saying issue has been resolved, when again contact customer care the same issue still not resolved they say and they are playing with my money and time and no callback from there senior managers, this is one of the worst experience i had in my life! Does it takes 3 months to resolve the issue! This is the way you treat your customers!
