Hi team,

I have done below transaction in phone pe on 08.03.2018. Please refer the transaction details.

Ii have been continuously chasing phone pe customer care no proper response... No one knows to resolve this issue.in this case i would like my money to refunded else resolve this issue.. They have already breached the sla.
Please help me on this as they have deduced my money and transaction is not completed.

Updated by Prasad Shenoy This issue is there from 8th march 2019 and till now they have not resolved my issue. everyday they are providing next day it will resolve. please take action on this and help me in getting my money back as they have kept transaction on hold.
